"A nice start, however improvements could be made."
I believe ye've effectively captured the "Silly Military" aspect to the tune, so the overall feel is correct. (On that note, anyone else notice the tempo fits perfectly to "Do you know the muffin man"?)
That said, I would increase the drums as the previous reviewer stated, also, the horn bein' used to carry the main parts of the piece I feel could have some more bass for a touch more kick.
All that said, why isn't this a loop?
